About Bistro 804 – The story of a tiny banner

For many years I dreamed about opening a neighborhood restaurant and bar. 

I found the perfect location. I found the perfect neighborhood

I found the absolute worst time to do it - The pandemic

Or did I? 

Little did I know that the timing would become our story.

One little banner out front built my business – True Story

Locals championed my little Bistro. They got take out

They got drinks to go. They got to know me, my family, my staff

And most importantly, they kept coming back

That’s the best part.

So, when we could all finally gather around the bar

We did. And we still do.

And while the community has grown, it only means my circle of friends does as well

They say timing is everything. 

I couldn’t agree more.
